My name is Frida and I live in north Europe, in Sweden. Here I share gluten free, vegan recipes and inspiration 🌱🥰

I love colorful, plant-based food, and I want to inspire people to include more plants in their diet.

I have also healed my gut issues with a healthy, gluten free, whole-food, plant based vegan diet (WFPB) and want to spread information and inspiration about how you can eat both gluten free, vegan and healthy in a simple way.

Also remember to be kind to yourself and that healthy doesn't mean perfection.

I have a master's degree in public health and one of my biggest passion is to help people feel better.
