hi im ava, i make sh*tty (unprofessional) + cringy photobooth videos on mental health (mainly BPD, autism and ED recovery)

i do not speak for the bpd, autism and ED communities!!! these are just my perspectives, which sometimes change as i age heh :) i hate the misconception that you have to be a professional to talk about mental health, and i want ppl to stop pretending that therapists cannot also perpetuate stigma and make mistakes

although therapy is not easy/accessible/affordable for all, my vids are in no way a replacement for it! i have worked in MH but i am not a trained professional, i just want ppl to feel a bit less alone heh! y'all have helped me feel so much less alone, and i've made lifelong friends from this channel :)
