“Cognitus” is a Latin word which means “to know and to learn”. At Cognitus Academy, our mission is to guide students along their journey of discovery and inquiry about global issues that affect themselves.

Our team of experienced teachers are not only passionate about understanding critical issues in the world, but also committed to develop a deep understanding of the world among young people. We believe in being outcome-oriented, with the long-term aim of developing strong character and perspectives in our students.

Hence, our immediate goal is to work with our students to achieve high grades for English and General Paper examinations. Ultimately, students at Cognitus Academy are trained to become informed citizens that make distinctive contributions in Singapore and around the world.
