How I got my name: When I was about 14 years old, I was a fan of an artist named J-Reyez (pronounced J Rise), but also a fan of magic tricks and a magician named Jarek 1:20. So I decided to take the two artists who inspired me the most and combine their names but with my own twist on it. I took the J from J-Reyez and changed it to Jay because I've always preferred that, and I took the 1:20 from Jarek and came up with 1:40 and my own meaning for it.
