Refer the court case record of CS(OS) 609676/2016 Titled as Dina Nath & ORS v/s Prabhu Dayal & ORS impending at this day and date before ADJ-09 , Tees Hazari to Delhi High Court in RFA 198/2019 ( also impending ) because these are the cross suits which have had been rendered suo moto infructuous by the act of the principal parties themselves but the legal proceedings are being deliberately getting ceased because the culpability of counsels acts may remain in a state of camouflage.
