Watching or revisiting the first hypnosis sessions is not like watching just any other video, nor is it simply experiencing a déjà vu. It means observing the evolution of a working method, of a hypnotic induction technique. It means understanding how, over the years, time management and the use of energetic, mental, and physical resources have been refined and optimized.

It also means noticing how the role of the support operator has changed. This figure was born within the Grifasi Method and is now used by all practitioners in the field. Unlike in the past, the support operator no longer replaces the client, except in exceptional cases. Instead, they become an accomplice, a companion on the journey that the client can finally experience firsthand within the hypnotic environment.
